You are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use these materials solely for your own educational purposes.

You may not:

• Sell or sublicense any content
  
  
• Provide materials to colleagues, institutions, or third parties
  
  
• Remove copyright, attribution, or license notices
  
  

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

No Guarantees

The Company makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, earnings, legal results, or business success.

Past experience, examples, or results discussed do not guarantee future outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gretchen Green MD PLLC and any individuals participating in any capacity with provided educational materials shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in this program or reliance on any materials provided.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the program is to discontinue use.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Greensboro, North Carolina, consistent with the Company’s existing Terms and Conditions.

Effective Date
